We recommend a balanced approach to stocked apparel & on demand production, keeping in mind turn times, decoration method and cost effectiveness.
The Denver Hub is the only ASB facility that currently offers in house embroidery. While we have many great partners who provide this service to ASB, we determined that the only way to completely control the process and be able to deliver to our customers, is to bring this function in house. Our current operation consists of 45 heads with the ability to process over 2,500 garments per day. We also do DTF and heat press in house with lightning-fast turn times.
By having this production in house, we have been able to reduce turn times and have the ability to accept and confidently deliver on rush requests. We know sometimes rushes are necessary and now the ability to respond to those requests when needed.
